IRATEV Workshops and Stages
At IRATEV, in addition to individual support, there is a strong commitment to sharing and passing on knowledge through enriching courses and workshops.
These gatherings will take place mainly outdoors, in the heart of the Guillestrois area and its surroundings (Gapençais, Briançonnais), in the magnificent Hautes-Alpes region.
They will be held in inspiring places that encourage reconnection, so that each workshop becomes a true moment of well-being. To foster meaningful exchanges, groups will be limited to a maximum of 5 to 10 participants.
Varied Themes:
- Workshop: Discovering Wild Edible/Medicinal Plants.
Depending on the season, there will be a discovery and presentation of edible or medicinal plants, berries, and mushrooms found in the surrounding environment. Participants will learn how to recognize them, understand their ancestral and contemporary uses, and above all, grasp the deep connection that links these botanical treasures to health and overall well-being. The workshop will also cover the basics of a respectful and sustainable approach to the surrounding natural world.
- Workshop: Understanding Holistic Care.
Workshops designed to make accessible certain aspects of practices such as acupressure, lithotherapy, or energy healing. The aim is to provide an understanding of why and how these approaches can work, without any initiation into the techniques themselves. (Initiations into the techniques will be offered during more in-depth courses dedicated to practical learning.)
- Workshop: Reconnecting with Self and Nature.
Special moments to learn how to find yourself again, calm your mind, and deeply reconnect with nature and with yourself. Simple practices to bring more serenity into everyday life.
These workshops are only a glimpse of the many topics that are planned. The aim is to offer a variety of experiences to explore well-being in all its forms and to deepen understanding of the energies of living beings.
Collaborations to Enrich Professional Services
Expertise is also offered to professionals wishing to enhance their services, particularly mid-mountain guides or tour leaders. The contribution can focus on identifying and using the edible and medicinal plants found in local landscapes, thereby providing unique added value to excursions and a new dimension to guided experiences.
